Based in the shires our wonderful clients stretch across the entire UK, from Devon to London, from the Midlands to The Outer Hebrides, and loads of other places in between, including our own fair city of Oxford. Location is not an issue, as we use a combination of our own fleet of delivery vehicles and our overnight delivery partners to ensure that we deliver on time, every time.

Simply contact us within 7 days from the date you receive your order and we will replace the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs. We will need the complete order returned to us before we can action a reprint, be sure to preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors in the artwork provided.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
